PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This facility known as “Avaz-Robot” Tuzla is the first center in Tuzla that conceptually merges shopping, business and residential environment into one whole. It is located in the city center of Tuzla, and with its architecture, amenities and quality of construction it will set new standards of construction in this part of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In the residential part of the facility (lamellas “A” and “B”) potential buyers will recognize new life concept with high standard that will provide recognition, quality life and living environment that will satisfy even the most demanding buyers of residential apartments.

Business part of the facility, ground floor, mezzanine, and the first floor in the lamellas “A” and “B”, and ground floor, first and second floor of lamella “C” are suitable for exclusive shopping amenities and well known brands (various fashion brands, cosmetic markets, tobacco shops, hair salons, restaurants , toy stores, children’s playrooms, café). All these stores are suitable for short shopping breaks and also give the feeling of personal freedom and time saving. In the business part of lamella “C” (ground floor and first floor) “Robot” Sarajevo will open a supermarket and large technology shop. There are 168 parking lots available on -1 floor that will cover all needs of the future residents. Surrounding environment of the facility is aimed for summer cafés and gardens as well as the fountain. The pedestrian area that goes through the object will be connected to the pedestrian area that leads to old part of the city.

OPIS PROJEKTA:

Ovaj objekat poznat po nazivu „Avaz-Robot“ Tuzla je prvi centar u Tuzli koji konceptualno spaja shopping, poslovni i stambeni ambijent u jednu jedinstvenu cjelinu. Lociran u užem gradskom jezgru Tuzle, svojom arhitekturom, sadržajima i kvalitetom gradnje postavit će nove standarde gradnje u ovom dijelu BiH.

U stambenom dijelu objekta (lamela „A“ i „B“) potencijalni kupci prepoznat će novi životni koncept visokog stila koji će pružati prepoznatljivost, kvalitetan život i životno okruženje koje zadovoljava i najzahtjevnije kupce stambenih prostora.

Poslovni dio objekta, prizemlje, mezanin i prvi sprat u lamelama „A“ i „B“ i prizemlje, I, II sprat lamele „C“ pogodni su za ekskluzivne shopping sadržaje i dobro poznate brendove (razne modne brendove, prodavnice kozmetike, tobacco shoppove, frizerske salone, gastro sadržaje, prodavnica igračaka, dječije igraonice, cafe sadržaje). Ovi sadržaji su pogodni da se napravi kratka shopping pauza te omogućavaju potrebni osjećaj lične slobode i uštede vremena. U poslovnim prostorima „lamela C“ (prizemlje i I sprat) „Robot“ Sarajevo će otvoriti supermarket i veliku prodavnicu tehnike. Za stanare i kupce poslovnih prostora na raspolaganju su 168 garaža na -1 što u potpunosti pokriva i sve potrebe budućih korisnika. Na krugu oko objekta nalazi se prostor predviđen za ljetne bašte i travnjake kao i fontanu a pješačka staza koja prolazi kroz objekat veže se za pješačku zonu koja vodi do starog dijela grada.
