Konjic Mansions project consists of specially designed villas at a place where you can witness Bosnia-Herzegovinian natural beauty at its best: a river on one side and breathtaking mountain scenery on the other.

Konjic area is a part of Herzegovina region and is characterized by historical structures, good life standards and extraordinary natural beauty. It is a lovely and beautiful place between two big Bosnian cities: Sarajevo and Mostar.

In historical terms, Konjic reflects divergent civilizations that found its place there through the centuries: from Bosnian Empire, to Ottoman Empire, Austrian-Hungarian Empire, to Yugoslavia and finally the independent country of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It is comprised of 1,169 km with the rivers of Neretva and Rakitnica passing through it. In the close surrounding Boracko Lake, Blatacko Lake an Jablanica Lake are placed.

Konjic Mansions is comprised of four different types of buildings.

The project is comprised of A, B, C, D types of buildings. In types A, B and C the swimming pool is optional, while in the type D it is included within the project. All of the villas have a clear, open and wide view on the lake scenery. Each building has a private garden and a car parking space. We have created the project based on the security and privacy so that you can share your private life in the manner you want it and to the amount you choose with your neighbors, without being disturbed. On the entrance to our villas you will pass through our private security building which nobody can enter without your knowledge and approval. Konjic Mansions is placed on a 10.900 m2 piece of land. It is located on the following coordinates: 43° 40' 26.0'' N and 17° 54' 43.4'' E coordinates. Due to the steep structure of land, all of the villas were placed on different land levels. With this kind of structure each villa has a good view on the lake on the opposite side.
